Cowhide: Genuine cowhide with unique, natural patterns that ensure every piece is one of one.

Cleaning:

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or brush to remove dust.
• For minor spots, use a lightly damp cloth and avoid soaking the material.
• Do not wash.
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not tumble dry.

Avoid Water and Heat:

• Keep away from prolonged exposure to water and never use heat to dry (let air dry naturally if wet).
• Store in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or fading.
  

Storage:

• Hang jackets on a sturdy, wide hanger to maintain shape.
• Store away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration or drying.

Immediate Returns Upon Delivery: Returns are only accepted while the delivery driver is still present at your address. If you have any concerns with your order, please inspect your items upon delivery and notify the driver immediately. Once the driver has left, returns will no longer be accepted under this condition.

Compensation-Based Exchange
We offer the option to exchange items for goods of the same value, higher value, or lower value. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
